Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- Homemade Noodles or other noodle of choice
- 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
- 1 medium sized onion
- 3 carrots
- 6 stalks of celery
- 64 ounces of chicken broth
- Seasonings: garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper

- Prep Noodles – here’s a recipe to our Whole Grain Noodles
- Prep vegetables, chop to preferred size and shape; try to keep about the same size for even cooking. in a large pot over medium heat, melt butter and cook onion, celery, and carrots in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic.
- Pour in chicken broth and all other seasoning – bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer chicken for 20 minutes.
- Stir in noodles and simmer for an additional 15 minutes. If you can let the noodles soak longer in the broth, the better.
Nothing fancy here with this basic wholesome recipe, just a lot of goodness with each chunky slurp. Between the whole grains and chicken nubs, this meal is more than satisfying on its own. No extras needed. Delight!
