We pick, sort, and clean our certified organic corn before we stone grind it into cornmeal that is full of flavor. Corn in many shapes, colors, and forms has been a staple grain on the Jennings Family Farm. From the buttery Golden Yellow, dark red Bloody Butcher, striking Hopi Blue, to the pale Hickory King, we have grown it all. Regardless of the variety, one thing is clear, this cornmeal is sure to make a delicious cornbread, Johnny cake, or a great addition to other multi-grain treats. Delight!
