Good things come to those who wait. For the second season, we are offering a seasonal, raw honey sampler that captures the different nectars and flavors the honey bees collect across the year. This seasonal sampler ensures you FIVE JARS of raw honey pulled from across our family’s organic farm in Michigan throughout the entire honey flow season. IMPORTANT: Seasonal samplers require a full season to collect; therefore, samplers will not be available for shipment or pick-up until September (possibly late September depending on the seasonal conditions).

Pure, raw, unfiltered honey offers a sweet aroma and flavor enriched with respect, persistence, and love – full of pollen, enzymes, vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals from a certified organic landscape. Tiny bits of crunchy honeycomb, pollen, and propolis are suspended in this unfiltered product. Notice all the honey varietals we collect across one single farmscape. This diversity in color and flavor represents the diversified, organic landscape in which the bees live and forage. More about the honeybees that produced this product: their home is on 450 acres of certified organic land, 1/3 of which is dedicated to floral resources each year; our hives are healthy and are never treated with synthetic chemicals or pesticides; we work with locally adapted bee cultures and never move hives – they stay in one place year-round; we also practice gloveless beekeeping to ensure we are best able to sense and respond to the bees’ needs; and we harvest only what our bees can store beyond their own colony’s needs – following the ‘Golden Honey Rule.’ The path of this honey is hive-to-jar – bottled in one-of-a-kind Weck Tulip Jars commemorating the beautiful beings who made this ‘nectar of the gods’. 100% pure goodness.
