Dry Ingredients
- 2 C Organic Cornmeal
- 1/2 C Organic Soft Red Wheat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 C Buttermilk
- 1/4 C Honey
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp Melted Butter

Instructions
- Mix together all dry ingredients.
- Mix together all wet ingredients.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients.
Pour batter into a 9-inch round cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
