These roasted organic soybeans are a delicious, healthy snack that fit any situation from weekend gamedays to weeknight brain food. Feel free to mix and match your own seasonings. Enjoy with your favorite beer!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pre-soaked organic soybeans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons creole seasoning

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Drain and rinse your pre-soaked organic soybeans. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until the soybeans are well coated with oil and seasoning.
- Line a large baking sheet with tin foil and spread out the seasoned soybeans in a single layer. It’s important to make sure soybeans aren’t stacked on each other. If necessary, extra soybeans can be put onto a second baking sheet or held off the side for a second batch.
- Put the baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes remove and stir the soybeans. Repeat the stirring step every 10 minutes until the soybeans take on a nice golden-brown color. This usually takes an additional 30 minutes (i.e. 3 additional stirrings). Note that you may want to shorten this 10-minute interval to 5 minutes as you get longer into the cooking process so you avoid burning any of the soybeans.
