Whether you roast, fry, or bake your cauliflower this simple Buffalo style sauce is a treat. With only three ingredients and no heat (other than the hot sauce) necessary, you’ll love what this brings in a quick and easy weeknight prep for something different. Raw honey, olive oil, and your favorite hot sauce (ours right now is Cholula) is all you need to bring that zippy spice into your evening dinner life.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce or hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon raw honey, Firefly Raw Honey
FYI: We usually make one full cauliflower head at a time using our Firefly Organic Soft Red Wheat Flour as a breading while we roast/bake the cauliflower at about 450 F.

Instructions
- Mix all three ingredients (olive oil, raw honey, and hot sauce) together.
- Shmear on roasted, baked, or fried cauliflower. We add sauce to roasted or baked cauliflower at the mid-way point and continue to roast for another 15-20 minutes to soak into the breading.
