This is a super easy recipe that makes about 12 whole wheat honey grahams. It’s a great recipe to do with the kids on the weekend. These grahams go great with your morning coffee, afternoon tea, topped with your favorite icing, or as part of homemade s’mores around the campfire!
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 2 1/4 C Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Wet Ingredients
- 6 T Softened Butter
- 1/3 C Honey
- 1/4 C Water

Instructions
- Whisk together all of the dry ingredients.
- Mix together all of the wet ingredients until its light and creamy.
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients until you get a nice dough that holds together.
- Divide the dough into two small disks. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove from the refrigerator and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin (1/4 inch) rectangular sheet. Cut out your grahams and use a fork to punch holes up and down each graham.
- Place grahams on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
As with any baked good made with whole wheat, store in an airtight container or bag. You can also store these in the refrigerator to keep them fresh even longer, although I doubt they will last too long before being gobbled up!
